In our adult group training, you will receive a program that includes dynamic warm-ups, joint mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance, core and total body strength exercises, and high intensity metabolic conditioning. The classes are broken down into two categories: Strength Development (each session is focused on developing total body strength and core & Metabolic Conditioning - Met-con (each session is focused on cardio conditioning)

- Access to up to 5 training sessions per week (1 hour) at 6am. These workouts burn an average of 600-1300 calories just during the hour!

- Accountability--your coach cares! When you miss, we will reach out to you to check up on you!
