We strive to develop the young with long-term implications in mind.
The greatest leap in athletic formation takes place from ages 5-13. Our training will provide your young athlete with a strong foundation that they can build on throughout their athletic careers. Mini Grit is a fun, engaging, and dynamic class that meets young athletes where they are in their development, then incorporates progressive workouts to challenge and grow the athlete in a wide-range of foundational movements.
MINI GRIT AREA OF FOCUS
Our approach during each session is one of a long term athlete development. We will focus on educating healthy performance habits in your child to succeed in their sports.

CONSISTENT PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT
Our approach to training makes it so the athlete will need to master proper movements before moving onto more complex ones.
Young athletes who participate in performance training will increase the level of body control they have over preventing injuries. Athletes who have more mobility, strength, flexible muscles and tendons are lease likely to get injured from intense physical activity.
Middle school athletes who have undergone our program will have the skills necessary to cope with intense activities and sports.
LONG TERM ATHLETE DEVELOP APPROACH
Middle school athletes will develop a passion for fitness and physical activity the earlier they start. Good habits start young, and by getting your child into a reputable program built around long term athlete development, they’ll learn to love physical activity throughout their lives.
