SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING FOR ALL

We inspire and help student athletes accomplish their goals in life and sport. If your goal is to become strong and powerful, improve your speed, recovering from an injury, or you’re an adult looking to loose weight, move better, and feel better, you’ve come to the right place. You will not find a facility and programs that has more experience and expertise in working with athletes. From elementary, to middle school and high school to working with college athletes as well as catering to the needs of special population, our training programs are designed to align with the LTAD model, providing athletes with age-appropriate training and skill development.

Programs are tailored to each individual goals, abilities, and needs, with a focus on developing well-rounded athletes who are strong, resilient, and mentally tough. The importance of developing athletes over the long- term, with a focus on age-appropriate training and skill development can not be overstated. This philosophy will ensure that athletes don’t experience burnout, or lose their passion for athletics. This is our mission for athletes in the PNW.
